Submitting an enquiry or reservation interest form through this website does not create a binding agreement. A reservation is only formalised once a Reservation Agreement is signed by both parties and the corresponding reservation fee has been received by APDI. Full purchase terms are set out in the separate Reservation Agreement and Contract to Sell documents.
